2502 E Grace St. Completed Whole House Restoration
We have recently completed our latest Tax Credit historic restoration project at 2502 E Grace St. Here are some before, during (to display the great work our Carpenters do) and after shots of the full renovation.
From the Front of the House

From the Entry Hall to the Den/Dining Room
Replacing a Small Utility closet with a Powder room Underneath the stairs between the front room and den.
The Den/Dining Room
Rather than putting in framing with regular studs which would make less space in the house, we went with 2x2 furring strips to make the place a bit more spacious.

This project turned out Phenomenal.. a big thanks to our skilled, hardworking crew and all of the Subcontractors who made this transformation happen!
