I am so proud of these windows!

405 N 23rd St is almost complete. Floor sanding is going on all weekend in preparation for our Open House December 6th, 4-6 pm. This house is for rent started December 15th!

We got our Fearless Leader in the field for a few days, showing us some of his old school Ice Age carpentry tricks. It was great, and helped the field meet our schedule for the 405 N 23rd St open house!

RBVa doing one of the things we do best: lifting a porch to work on the structure underneath it. I'm at the bottom of the tower, looking up two stories to where the shoring jack meets the structure, with our crew stationed in between. I'll have to post the view from this jobsite. Amazing location to work.
